Constitutionally a dual citizen (e.g. a British citizen of Bangladeshi origin) can become the Chief Justice of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh (i.e. by becoming a High Court Judge, then a Judge of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, and then the Chief Justice) - but he cannot....    Full story...
