Bangladesh is in deep crisis today. People are looking up towards the sky with a heavy heart. What we now need is a strong benevolent leader, who will unite the nation and get the wheel of economic and educational development rolling. We need a leader who will give the country a proper direction.

Really it is ! Bangladesh needs leadership and direction, but the big question is who gonna make this leadership ? or does leadership comes from almighty Allah ?

Every good thing comes from Allah SWT. But Allah will give it seeing our 'Hearts and Hands' meaning our intention and work/ sacrifice.

It is indeed. A leader is needed who can organize people from all political spectrum and be able to take country forward...Don't know how long it gonna take to see such a leader.

First we have to be agreed to be united. Rest will follow. To be united every party should be ready to leave some space, exercise tolerance and have patience. This mind-set is absent in Bangladesh politics.

Surely The Leader comes from Allah swt. Bani Israel prayed and Allah swt granted a LEADER. Peoples MUST SUFFER to an extent of crying ONLY for A LEADER for fighting against all evils & injustice. FIRST of all, peoples to be ashamed of their ill attitude and wrong-doings.

It's true that leaders are BORN and not MADE. Some of the Leadership Qualities or Traits are achieved by-born and they need FINE TUNING only. If they are not taken care of, those indivisuals will take the leadership of evil performances. Many youths in the society have those qualities. Have we tried to identify them, pick them up and create a positive environment for them to develop their quality? Do we have LEADERSHIP ACADEMY or COLLEGE? Many western countries have. Prophet(SM) trained his 'Sahabas' himself. Best possible training it was and almost all of them had to take up the leadership in different fields and various regions. We need the thinking and preparedness in the same line. Let's take a step!
