Is Hefazat nor Democracy left the Shapla squire?
Human rights
5 May night will be count as the black part of our history. Not only hefazat left the Shapla squire but also Democracy left the Bangladesh. 1975 comeback. Workers of Hefazat e Islam not only member of a Islamist group, they also people of our land, who believe in Bangali nationalism, Democracy, Liberation war in 1971 and sovereignty of our country.
But govt failed to save their life, sovereignty and freedom of expression. govt violate the UN Declaration of Human Rights-1948, that included freedom of expression and right to live.
when govt's forces drive operation light was off. there was no media. police hurt photo journalists when they tried to take the photo of operation. Now govt's ministers state that no one killed. But, how police bound to left more than 50000 people by Riot car and shooting without any killing?
Hefazat e Islam claims that, more than 2000 workers of them killed by police and corpse missed. More than 50000 people were there, who spread now in Dhaka city. they have no communication with central leader. so, it is impossible to say that, how many people killed by military forces. Zunayed babunagary, the secretary of Hefazat e Islam arrested and other central leaders hide themselves due to fear of arrest and attack of Awami cadre. so, how many people killed, we don't no. But it can be estimate that, this wouldn't be less than 2000.
Govt shut down 2 prominent anti-govt TV channel. Information minister said that, they violate license agreement. But if they violate license agreement, why govt didn't shut down them in prior. Have govt rights to shut down any media without any notice in a democratic country?
Now other media are in state of fear. They can't broadcast true news due to the fear of shut down. In 1975 the Awami league govt led by Sheikh Muzibur rahman also banned all democratic organizations, media and political parties. Current Awami led govt attempts to ban the political party , Bangladesh Jamaat e Islami. so, we are going to back 1975, a political tyranny period.
Bangladesh is now a state, there is no opposition media, no strong opposition party, no one has rights to express freely.
We are in a Democratic Autocracy. We are beyond the fear of genocide.
